Cankun is a single-factory manufacturer in Dongguan, China for custom woven labels, printed labels, care and wash labels, and hang tags. We work with apparel, accessories, bags, and footwear brands that need specification review, physical sampling, and bulk-production coordination in one workflow.
What Cankun manufactures
- Woven and printed brand labels: custom size, material, colour, fold, and application requirements for apparel and accessories.
- Care and wash labels: label layouts for approved care content, fibre statements, language versions, and attachment requirements.
- Custom hang tags: paper, printing, finishing, string, eyelet, seal, and packaging specifications for apparel, bags, and footwear.
How the custom-label process works
- Share the specification: send the label or tag type, finished size, material, colours, artwork, quantity, and application.
- Review before sampling: Cankun reviews the specification and artwork before a physical sample is prepared.
- Approve the sample: the approved physical sample becomes the reference for bulk production.
- Produce and inspect: finished goods are inspected against the approved reference before packing.
Published planning information
Cankun's published minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Sampling normally takes around 7 days, and bulk production usually takes 7–15 days after the specification is approved. Final MOQ, sampling time, and production lead time are confirmed against the approved specification and order quantity.
